We accept returns under the following situations:

  • You received an incorrect item or something different from what was described.
  • The item has a manufacturing issue that affects normal usage.

To qualify for a return please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories included, along with proof of purchase.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

We are unable to accept returns in the following cases:

  • Damage caused after delivery, such as drops, water damage or mishandling.
  • The item has been used, altered or repaired by anyone other than Tech Galleria.
  • The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.
  • Accessories (e.g., ear tips, cables, etc.) unless they arrived faulty or not working.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only in situations such as:

  • The returned product meets our return criteria and a replacement is not available.
  • You cancel a prepaid order before it has been shipped.
  • The order fails due to an error on our side, such as wrong item delivered or delivery failure.

Once we receive your returned item and complete the inspection, we will notify you about approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds are issued within 7 working days via:

  • Easypaisa
  • Bank Transfer

4. Replacement Policy

In most cases, we prioritize replacement over refund.
If your product is defective or not working as expected, replacing it is usually quicker and ensures you still receive the item you originally ordered.

5. How to Request a Return or Refund

To start the process, please contact our customer support team and share:

  • Your Order Number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo or video proof of issue (if applicable)

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, faulty product), Tech Galleria will cover the return shipping charges.
  • If the return is due to customer error (wrong item ordered, changed mind), the shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

7. Important Notes

  • Tech Galleria reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
  • No refund or replacement will be processed until the returned item has been inspected and approved.
